Steven Maltezos
Director
Steve Maltezos has worked as a professional Acrobatic dancer and teacher for over 25 years. Steve has toured internationally & nationally with various artists, dance & acrobatic companies. His career has taken him all over the world performing, teaching and competing, with many accolades awarded to him. Steve has lived & breathed acrobatics and dance since he was a child & loves nothing more than to share his passion, experience & knowledge with his students. Steve has many teaching and Acrobatics qualifications including, Gymnastics Australia ACRO / WAG coach and an Adjudicator accredited through The Acrobatic Dance Teachers Association. Steve is also and has been the director of ACRO DANCE AUSTRALIA since 2010. However operating BOUND DANCE is by far his proudest achievement mentoring his students and watching them grow & improve is something very special to Steve.

Mia De Santis
Studio Manager - Dance Teacher
Mia De.Santis is a passionate 19 year old who has 15 years of experience. Starting at a young age at Dance Discovery training in styles of Jazz, Tap, Ballet, R.A.D, Hip Hop, Contemporary/Lyrical and Acrobatics. Mia has completed ATOD Jazz, Tap and Ballet exams as well as R.A.D exams.
She qualified to compete in ATOD Victorian Scholarships and Australasians since 2015. Being a passionate dancer she competed in many Troupe competitions and as a Soloist.
Mia has preformed in the Moomba Parade and the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup finals as one of Katy Perry’s many dancers. She’s attended workshops such as Abby Lee, Mia Michaels, Steven Tannos and many more.
Mia finds joy in teaching Dance by encouraging her dancers to express themselves through movement.
She is passionate in helping her students create new goals, achieve them and reaching their full potential as dancers
Nick Brodie
Dance Teacher
With over 20 years dance experience Nicholas has undertaken a full scholarship for Certificate IV in Dance Performance at The Edge Performers School in 2014, and has finished his 3rd year of full time dance at The Edge Performers School in 2017. Nicholas has over 20 years dance experience and has been teaching for a total of 15 years in various styles. His main styles are Acrobatics, Partnering, Contemporary, Ballet, and Jazz. He has also taught intermediate Hip Hop, and Tap. Nicholas has also trained extensively in gymnastics and has taught students up to level 7 for 6 years.
Nicholas absolutely loves teaching and has a passion for teaching and pushing students to grow and explore their own capabilities
Joëlle Vivienne Aeby
Dance Teacher
From Fribourg, Switzerland, Jojo has over 20 years of dance experience specialising in ballet. Whilst pursuing a career as a classical ballet dancer with the Victorian State Ballet, Melbourne, Jojo has finished her studies and received the Certificate lV in Dance teaching.
Jojo has been travelling and leaving home at age fifteen to follow her passion as a dancer. First stop was the “Ballett-Akademie Hochschule für Musik und Theatre München”, where she received a scholarship, followed by the “Balletschule Theater Basel”. Joining the Junior Company Prague for a year where they had different productions in classical ballet as well as contemporary works. In New Zealand Jojo danced with the Aotearoa National Youth Ballet in Christchurch. The last years she was blessed to get all the support from her parents and family to live, study and work as a ballet dancer in different countries around the globe and got many new and beautiful experiences. Every new location/place was a new journey of life. It did bring joy, challenges, happiness, even tears, some unforgettable moments and friendships for a lifetime. One of the highlights in her career was to be invited at a Gala and dancing Aurora from the ballet Sleeping Beauty at the Opera House in Prague. Besides dancing with the Victorian State Ballet, Jojo composes her own piano pieces and has accomplished the Certificate 3 and 4 in Dance Teaching and Management. Jojo has been teaching Ballet at different schools and is currently a teacher at Pointe Nation.
Jasmine McGuire
Dance Teacher
Jasmine began her teaching journey through assisting teachers such as Adrian Ricks, Jordan Charles Herbert and Diana Ricks with under 6,9,12 and 15 classes. In 2021 Jasmine began teaching her own classes at The Rage Dance Company. Teaching Hip Hop, Jazz and Lyrical, then continuing onto teaching at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance. Here she teaches Tap and Hip Hop, and also choreographs for Musical Theatre classes. Jasmine has experience in online zoom classes as well as in person classes.
Jasmine's main goal for every one of her classes is that every student leaves feeling good about themselves and feeling as if they have learnt something knew. Jasmine's classes are about teaching students how to be confident and comfortable enough with themselves to try new things and explore their style without the fear of judgment.
